at The Fountain
About the Series:
The City of Miami Beach transformed the beautiful Normandy Fountain on Rue Vendome into Buenos Aires for a Milonga Under the Stars! We invited guests to join us in a full Latin immersion featuring sultry Tango music and dance.
They experienced a Tango class and performance, al fresco, by True Tango featuring traditional Argentinian cultural sounds. Enjoyed delicious Tango-inspired cuisine and classic dishes, including choripan and marzipan by Gaucho Ranch, SilverLake Bistro, Las Vacas Gordas, empanadas by Fufi Restaurant, and of course, regional libations.
On-site activations included The Biscayne Poet, roses from Abbott Florist, psychic, live sketching, records, tango shoes and more.
