About the Project:
Brickell has long-since been a tough neighborhood to crack for locals looking to find community hangs and places to feel connected. We were approached by Swire Properties, the team behind Brickell City Centre, to inject the financial neighborhood with some much-needed soul.
Using their pre-construction lot on 7th & Brickell Ave., we started our strategy the best way we knew how: through events. We transformed this empty lot into a monthly pace to be, with free and open to the public gatherings that drew residents and Miami locals in droves. Pair that with pop-ups inside the mall, cultural partnerships, turnkey events, and on-the-ground storytelling, Brickell's rep changed into a place where families and culture enthusiasts could come together anytime.
