About the Project:

While the iconic The Betsy Hotel was undergoing changes as a result of the global pandemic, we were brought in on a consulting capacity to explore new initiatives around expanding their digital presence, widening their local audience, and exploring collaborations with local institutions and leaders to grow their programming both digitally and in-person.

We outreached to over 50 local influencers, leaders, and cultural organizations for exploring areas for collaboration in programming, long-term initiatives, and content. We developed ideas for delivery experiences like creative packaging and Miami-inspired takeaways. We curated a list of photographers and tastemakers to come on-property for editorial and personal shoots. We executed editorial content geared toward increasing digital traffic. And we curated and hosted digital event programming for their popular 'Zen and the Art Of' series.
