The City of Miami Beach

About the Campaign:

In 2019, we were awarded two separated RFPs to activate several public spaces on Miami Beach as a means to engage the community and shed light on the many vibrant businesses on Miami's most recognizable sands. The City of Miami Beach tasked us to focus on two specific areas: the Normandy Fountain Rue Vendome promenade on North Beach, and Lummus Park on South Beach.

The strategy began with research and partnerships with local entities and organizations working on the ground to keep Miami Beach connected. Then, a storytelling campaign complete with two personalized neighborhood maps was launched, including social media and editorial pieces to forward the narrative.

A robust programming calendar was created filled with everything from artisanal markets, live music, and wellness to have something for everyone. We designed and printed these seasonal calendars so each participating local business could market their presence, as well as other local shops. The most popular events were repeated, listening to the desires of the area's residents for a long-term connection.
